Some might consider this an old school way to leg and core strength, but it has several applications. Use it for weighted plyometrics. Use it for box squats. Use it as an end table. Whatever you use it for, it will not buckle, bow or break. The frame is fully welded. The platform tray is welded steel with a thick rubber mat surface and a wood core. Starting height is 9 inches, and it adjusts in 3 inch increments all the way up to 24 inches high. Handy dandy transport wheels and handle make it easy to position for workouts, reposition, and or even move out of the way.
