The Plyometric Box Advanced Set includes the 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 and 40 inch plyo boxes.

Stable and durable, our Plyometric Boxes are constructed with fully-welded steel frames that endure years of hard use. Use the Plyo Boxes for advancing: power development, and sprint performance. Forward and lateral jumps, as well as other plyometric drills can be performed on these units. Plyo Boxes can be nested for compact and versatile storage.
